COVENANTS
All property owners in the below listed filings are subject to the covenants, they are NOT voluntary. All property owners in the above listed filings are able to become members of the property owners association, this membership IS voluntary.
Our covenants are out-dated and many items listed in the covenants no longer fall to the ECHPOA board or what is referred to as the "grantor" .
Concerning covenant #4 and #12 Approval of construction plans and or construction sites, Park County has passed more restrictive building codes than what are provided in the covenants of any filing within Elk Creek Meadows/Highlands. The approval of construction plans or construction sites from the ECHPOA is no longer required and this must be obtained through the County.
