This group was created for the residents of Elk Creek Highlands so that we can share information and communicate safety issues, buy/sell/give away items, share interests, cultivate friendships and help build community. Only residents living in ECH will be allowed to join this group and only these neighbors will see your posts. The ECH POA approved the creation of this group. First, you will need to join NextDoor (see instructions here

NextDoor will put you in the “neighborhood” called Crooked Top Mountain which includes several neighborhoods. To join the Elk Creek Highlands Neighborhood group, type this into your browser’s search box: https://nextdoor.com/login/?next=/groups/ Then, type Elk Creek Highlands into the “Search Groups” box, ask to join, and in a day or two you will be accepted into our neighborhood group. Being a homeowner or renter is a great responsibility, and as such requires residents to regularly fill out forms and documents. For your convenience, ECHPOA has a section dedicated to providing all the paperwork our community needs. Keep reading or give us a call to find out which forms you need to fill out.
Horse Corral
We have one space available for rent at the corral. Looking for a good horse and engaged owner. Costs are $100 per month for resident members and $125 per month for non -residents who must also join the POA (no voting rights). The space is excellent and owners need to be engaged, provide their own feed and keep their stall clean. We are looking for a horse owner who would like to be engaged with the other owners in keeping the corrals in good shape. Stop by the corrals most days around 3 p.m. and talk to other owners or contact Clif at 720.910.7758
86 Elk Creek Drive is the location of the corral and horse owners also have access to indoor restrooms. The POA pays for water.
