The Elk Creek Higlands Property Owners Association (ECHPOA) was incorporated in September of 1972. Our main purpose as the ECHPOA is to provide facilities for meetings, social parties, fishing, the care and riding of horses and outdoor sports for the owners of real property with in the ECHPOA area.

POT LUCK DINNERS
Pot luck dinners will resume in April.
We are planning dinners in April, June, August and October. They will be held on the last Friday of the above months from 6-8pm.
